Surigao del Sur State University formally opened the AACUUP Accreditation Visit 2021 on August 23, 2021. The University determines itself in providing quality education in adherence to the standards set by its partner agency.

     The AACCUP Accreditation has always been taking its part as one of the pillars of the University. Intending to amplify the academic services provided by the institution, experts and scholars have gathered to assess and evaluate the strengths and areas of improvement of the identified programs.         

     AACCUP Accreditors led by Dr. Riceli C. Mendoza gratefully received SDSSU’s warmest welcome for the University president Dr. Baceledes R. Estal, and Campus Director Dr. Nemesio G. Loayon fronted the successful opening program.  The said accreditation visit is scheduled for August 23 and is stretched until the 27th assessing seven programs of SDSSU-Tandag campus.

     The Director of Quality Assurance, Dr. Rebecca Sanchez, and the  Quality Assurance Head-Tandag Campus, Dr. Razil M. Gumanoy, were in high hopes that the Local Task Force Counterparts’ efforts will be put into fruition with the best efforts of the entire SDSSU community for the benefit of its students and stakeholders.
