North Eastern Mindanao State University welcomes the HR personnel from the Adela Serra T. Memorial Medical Center (ASTMMC) for their Benchmarking Activity on Prime HRM Level II at NEMSU Main Campus New Board Room on March 12, 2024.
Dr. Janice V. Pagaran-Alcordo, the Officer-in-Charge Medical Center Chief II, led the ASTMMC HR team and received a warm welcome from key NEMSU officials, including Dr. Nemesio G. Loayon, the University President; Dr. Abundio C. Miralles, Vice President for Administration and Finance; Dr. Florife Urbiztondo, Chief Administrative Officer; Prof. Evelyn T. Bagood, the Campus Director of NEMSU Main; Engr. Christopher D. Badayos, the Supervising Administrative Officer for Admin, and Mr. Roel T. Lim, NEMSU HRMO III, along with other NEMSU HR personnel.
The focal point of the benchmarking activity is centered around strategic performance management systems and the recognition and rewards framework implemented at NEMSU. The event also facilitated an exchange of best practices, fostering a collaborative atmosphere for the benefit of both institutions.
In his message, Dr. Nemesio G. Loayon expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration and benchmarking with ASTMMC. He sees this as not just an event but the inception of a journey towards a partnership for a mutually beneficial future marked by elevated HR management for both NEMSU and ASTMMC.
The cooperative spirit displayed during the benchmarking activity signifies a commendable leap forward in fostering excellence and ensuring continuous improvement in the realm of human resource management.
The law, under Presidential Decree No. 907 grants those who graduated summa cum laude, magna cum laude or cum laude a Civil Service Eligibility.
