Job Summary

  1. Assist in the preparation of agenda of all regular and special meetings of the Board of Regents in Consultation with the University President and delivers the agenda to the Chairman and Members of the Board;
  2. Writes out the transcription of the minutes of each meeting;
  3. Prepares and passed referendum for the action of the BOR members;
  4. Prepares and issues except minutes of meetings, and/or certifications on certain policies promulgated by the Board;
  5. Acts as custodian of the corporate seal of the University;
  6. Facilitates accommodation, transportation, and other needs of the members of the BOR during meetings;
  7. Perform such other functions as may be directed by the Immediate Supervisor.
