The NEMSU attained the PRIME HRM Maturity Level 2 recognized under Core HRM System: Rewards and Recognition [R&R]. The recognition was held during the 1st Quarter ACO-ADCO Joint Council Meeting on MArch 9, 2023 at Cagwait, Surigao del Sur. President Dr. Nemesio G. Loayon with the key officials of the University received such recognition from the Provincial Director Aurora Mantilla of CSC.
