The CHED Comm. Jo Mark M. Libre virtually graced the NEMSU Main Campus Class Orientation for the SY 2023-2024. Commissioner Libre delivered an encouraging message to the freshmen, transferees, returnees and old students of the University. In his message, he highlighted the vital role of the University in shaping the future of the skolar ng bayan. The academic pursuit of the students in the new school year magnifies through the collaborative efforts of the University’s administration, faculty and staff.
