The faculty and staff of North Eastern Mindanao State University Cantilan Campus conducted its family day along with Gender and Development Seminar last September 28-29, 2023 with the theme, “Transforming Public Service in the Next Decade: Honing Agile and Future-ready Servant-heroes,” held at JB Nature Farm and Resort, Sukailang, Surigao City, Surigao del Norte. The event serves as a memoir to remember that employees' bonds go beyond the office and classroom walls. It is the support, unity, and trust shared that will make a strong team . It celebrates the selfless dedication, sacrifice, and service that strengthened the bonds of those who shape students' future. It also serves as a strategic move in creating a positive and supportive work environment, ensuring the continuity of educational excellence.
