This is to inform that the 3rd Quarter Executive Committee Meeting is scheduled on September 22, 2021 at 9:00 in the morning through virtual platform (zoom).

     Participants of the said meeting are the VPAF, VPAA, Campus Directors, Deans, Directors, Board Secretary V,  Budget Officer III, Planning Officer III, HRMO, Accountant III, Procurement Officer, Executive Assistant and other key Officials.

     Expenses incurred in this meeting to cover meals and snacks shall be funded from the general fund of the whole University subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
